Josh has worked with over 20 different world class choreographers, touring nationally and internationally within UK based companies and also as a freelance perofmer. Among these experiences Josh worked with Akram Khan, performing in the Olympic 2012 Opening Ceremony, Charlotte Vincent in Underworlds and is currently making his own professional work along side teaching.
After 5 years with one of the UK’s leading contemporary dance companies, Phoenix Dance Theatre, where he worked with leading choreographers such as Didi Veldman, Darshan Singh Bhuller and Ben Duke, Josh co-founded Studio 19, a dance and wellbeing center in his home town, Kings Lynn. offering professional level training opportunities to young dancers.
Josh has also worked closely with YYD (Northern School of Contemporary Dance) as a regular teacher as well as choreographing work for the Centre of Advanced Training scheme through The Place (London Contemporary Dance School).
Josh now resides in Kings Lynn where is currently working on the launch of his own organic juice company and a healthy eating cafe whilst continuing to increase the remit of health and well-being opportunities that are offered though Studio19.
